A position for a fully experienced Quality Assurance Manager has become available at T. Groocock & Co. Manufacturers of Padders comfort shoes.

Padders are one of the leading comfort shoe brands in the UK and are experiencing growth in the comfort sector. We are manufacturing in the UK and sourcing from the Far East.

As a QA Technologist in our company, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality and value of our footwear range.

To be successful in this role you'll need:
- Substantial experience as a footwear specialist
- Knowledge of pattern cutting and grading, from slippers to boots
- Overall product development know-how, and the ability to create packaging specifications
- To be clued up on all aspects of footwear development, from technical developments to assessing products and packaging
- Experience of working overseas (ideally in the Far East although this is not essential)
- Previous experience in a factory environment
- To be able to analyse stats and create comprehensive reports
- To be able to make informed decisions under pressure
- Based and Working from our Kettering factory.
