Job Description:
An excellent post has just come available for an experienced Head Chef.
Duties to include:
* Planning menus
* Ordering and negotiating with suppliers
* Food costing and Budgeting
* Ensuring standards are maintained
* Monitoring hygiene to health and safety guidelines.
