Social Worker - Refferal & Assessment tean (Beresford Blake Thomas)
Job Description:
Our client is seeking qualified social workers to work within a busy Children and Families team in Buckinghamshire.

In this role you will be expected to deliver good outcomes for children through taking referrals, completing both initial and core assessments and progressing case plans.

You will ensure delivery of appropriate services to children and their families according to assessed needs. You will have responsibility for progressing care and protection plans, providing reports and giving evidence in court as necessary.

To apply for this position, applicants must have completed a Social Work qualification (CQSW, CSS, DipSW, BA Hons) and be currently registered with the GSCC
